It's as simple as this, get an older version of skype! Here's one link which currently works: http://smarthacks.com/wp-content/skype/SkypeForPocketPC-2.2.0.18-Beta.cab
Download it and copy it to ur phone, then open it using file explorer and it will install. The newer skypes do not work with the processor that bell is using (i'm guessing they asked for that)... Anyways, download, try and let me know if it works with u too :D
